Mulberry River Outdoor Adventures

This campground was amazing. It’s obviously a true labor of love for the extremely accommodating hosts. We stayed in a RV/tent spot right on the river and my 5 year old loved running around in the shallow water catching crawdads and daddy long legs. Great rock hunting spot and the site was full of firewood in the form of drift wood lying around. No need to pay $10 for a small bundle of wet wood covered in plastic that barely burns. The lodge was full of fun games including a ping pong table and hammock/swinging chairs. A truly unique surprise was the opportunity to meet Roo, the host’s kangaroo. So soft and friendly! The Halloween decorations were amazing and looked like it took days to complete such detailed additions to our experience! Getting the rv to the site was a bit technical but nothing my in-laws couldn’t handle. Flat site with easy hookup once parked. Tent site was flattened sand and comfy. My son loved waving at the side by sides driving by on their way to the forest. Very good little hikes up the mountain with great views of the river and amazing rock formations. Excellent “creeking”, as well, walking up and down the river bed. Places to swim and to comfortably lay out to dry. Can’t say enough good about our experience. It’s a shame we only allowed one night for this place. Thanks for the hospitality!

My best rented the “puma” for my birthday and I loved the time here. The pictures really don’t do it justice, the mulberry is a very short distance and so roomy for those fun days outside in the summer. Everyone on the premises is very friendly and welcoming. Will be back time and time again!

This is a great place for family fun! We played in the river, enjoyed the game room, and had a peaceful weekend. We even met a kangaroo, Roo! The RVs we rented were well-stocked and close to the water. We loved our camp hosts & know we'll be back soon!

This campground is amazing! If you want nature this is the place to go. It’s right on the river with plenty of fun things to do. The owners are fantastic and the environment was great. Everyone was very welcoming and willing to help with anything you need. We have found our new favorite spot and will definitely be back!

We can’t say enough good about this camp ground ! We have been coming here since September 2024! Our first trip here we knew we had found a hidden treasure ! Beautiful location right on the river ! Ty and Kristie the owners are two of the most gracious and generous people we have ever met . They work tirelessly to ensure their guest are comfortable and happy ! If you need something just ask ! They go the extra mile everyday ! There are more trails here than you can ride in a lifetime , Ty is always sharing routes with us or sometimes even takes a whole group out ! The community feel is unlike any other place we have been! We fell in love with the campground the location and people ! Enough so that we were confident enough to leave our RV here full time . We can go home after a relaxing weekend and know our things are safe secure and well cared for !! I also love watching the families here who can let their kids ride bikes etc around camp and know they are safe ! So come go play in the river take a float trip get out on the trails or just simply relax at this amazing camp ground !
