Dave and Tom are fantastic. They took the time and showed my wife and I the campers we wanted to see and even had one brought inside so we could get a better look at it. They answered all of our questions. Everyone from the person who greeted us by the door to the general manager was friendly and helpful. We went there to start looking at what was available, we had plans to go see other campers including going to the R/V show in Rosemont but we were happy with what we saw and the price was fair so we decided to buy from them and we are extremely happy we did. We would highly recommend Kunes nice people to do business with.

I bought an RV from Kunes RV of Elkhorn all the way from Anchorage, AK. They were so helpful and made the process super easy and smooth. Bought a new RV at General RV in Huntley Illinois. NEVER AGAIN!! After an awful experience there I sought help at Kunes of Elkorn. Lauren and Shannon were great! I had to start all over again with warranty repairs so my 2025 Alliance Paradigm 310RL sat from the 1st week of August until the 2nd week of October in the back lot. Unfortunately for us a new RV warranty is now a deterrent to buying new. The process seemed to be an exercise in delay, deny, debate. It cost me the entire 2025 summer camping season for what were "camping critical" issues. All that said, Lauren and Shannon worked my rig through the time consuming and onerous process.They were both very responsive to my concerns and all the repais seem to be high quality work. The Kunes RV store in Elkhorn employs some great people! We visited back in May but we just weren’t quite ready yet. Late August we were ready to get serious about upgrading to a fifth wheel. They have a great selection to chose from and if they don’t have it there most likely another Kunes location will in stock. Tom Pfrommer was very knowledgeable and listened to what we were looking for in a fifth wheel. He knows his product! On the day we came to sign we brought the shih tzus (The Shitz brothers) as we are full timers and bring them everywhere. Everyone welcomed the boys with treats and hugs. David is the finance guru! Gets you a great deal and on your way in no time! Everybody was so chill and low pressure that I would recommend anyone that is serious about an RV to stop by Kunes RV in Elkhorn. You won’t regret it!
