The campground owner, Tyler was totally amazing and made our stay a very pleasant experience! We will certainly be returning to this park again!
We camped in our RV for two weeks and found the Park to be very friendly and accommodating. We liked it so much we have booked a month for the coming year. Some might say it’s in the middle of nowhere but actually it is in the middle of everywhere. It is a great base location to allow travel from to all the popular surrounding sites and areas. Great Owners! Keith & Cynthia Middleton
We enjoyed the campground. We stayed in October. It was very quiet, and the location is perfect for us. Near many hiking trails and walking paths. Little Tennessee Greenway just a few miles away offers opportunities to stroll a short distance or a long distance with many side trails to explore and spots to relax and watch birds. Nantahala national forest near by offers many opportunities for hikes of all difficulty levels. The campground is clean, neat, well maintained. New owner is very nice. We will be back.
Tyler runs a tight ship, very cordial, willing to help and just an all around good person. I highly recommend Cullasaja RV park, well kept park, beautiful setting and they offer many activities on site. They have propane refill also.
We had two campsites at this RV park. One was directly on the river and the other was directly across from the church, approximately 2 rows from the river. Check in was a breeze. The individual checking us in was very pleasant and helpful. Finding our campsites was very easy. Both sites had a very large, new, patio the full length of the campsite. Stone pad for RV’s were fairly level, no need to level. The park is kept nice and clean. Note: this park contains mostly full-time campers. Limited number of amenities, but I feel that the rate reflects that. Pros: river front site had a fire pit. Cons: sites are SUPER close. Patio is very wide. Neither site would accommodate steps to be dropped on pad, as doors would not close. Had to move RV very close to property line of next camping unit to be able to put steps on gravel, not ideal. Campground is great location for hiking and waterfall chasing. Visited 2nd week in October and were blessed with beautiful fall colors.
