Marlin RV Park

On our drive home from College Station to Denton, we had an unexpected truck issue and needed a safe place to leave our 40’ RV. Johnathan at Marlin RV Park immediately stepped in and allowed us to park at no charge, even though we weren’t sure when we’d be able to return. That kind of kindness and flexibility says a lot about the ownership and management. The park itself has wide, open sites with plenty of room—more than enough space for large rigs. If this is how they treat people in a pinch, they’ve earned my business anytime I’m in the area. Called last minute to schedule one night stay. Had been driving for 4 days and needed a place to crash before moving on. Jonathan was great! Very polite and accommodating! RV park is very clean and easily accessible. Super comfortable also. Lots of trees/ shade. Very important in Texas!! Enjoy the park if you happen to get here.

I lived at the park for nearly a year and I can say Jonathan is very attentive to the park and very mindful to keep it quiet and safe. He's easy to get ahold of if you need something and theres security cameras posted around. I would definitely recommend this park.

This is a beautifully maintained RV park. Tucked away from traffic of the big city of Waco Tx, this 5 star park is located in Marlin, Texas, off of highway 7 and very quiet,too! The RV park is patrolled daily and nightly for safety. Now the owner of this peaceful and serene location is the most respectful, and definitely accommodating RV park owner I've ever had the pleasure of meeting in my travels across the US. This gorgeous location is only a quick 25 minutes from Waco, Texas. You must know how to back into RV spaces (there is nowhere to do a turnaround), laundry facilities on site (coin operated), and fresh farm eggs for sale, too. I'll be coming back to this location again later this year for sure. Please call the owner for lot prices and included amenities. Safe travels everyone!

Very nice quiet park thats far enough off the road that you don’t heard road noise. Nice trees in the back spots to cover your camper from the summer heat. We have stayed here in between jobs and never have any problems. All the gravel pads and built up so you’re never parked or walking in mud. The park has washers and dryer on site so you don’t have to go into town. The owner is very kind and easy to get a hold of. We will definitely be returning on our off time.
