Best place around from west palm to key largo. Clean , full hook up reasonably on lot rent on the beach it’s been the best place I ever stayed and will be going back with bigger RV Alex the owner is the best person I was sad I had to leave due to Rv repair but will be back soon.

The BEST BEST BEST! My 2nd year. 2 months, then 3months. I wish I could stay year round! Beautiful spot on ocean. Cute sandy/beach area to hang out, with good people. Peaceful (55+ park); good wifi; clean (except when Nature decides otherwise = seaweed). Great folks. Owner Alex is invisible and very kind :-)

This is our second “Winter” here. Last year we were here 5 months (if you have to quarantine somewhere...). This year we are here for two. There’s a waiting list for Winter. No bathrooms on site. Laundry is clean and sufficient. Views and water access are great.

We really enjoyed our time at this cozy little RV park. The area is quiet and while we didn't use the laundry room it is clean, very neat and secure. The trash containers are completely enclosed by a new fence away from the park area which is nice. Alex is easy to deal with and customer service oriented. He called us the day before and told us that we could come on in if we were in the area. Adjacent to the park is a small subdivision and everyone in the park and subdivision were quiet and friendly. The other side of the park is uninhabited, so that made it nice. Between the sites there's some nice shrubbery for privacy. It's pretty low key and compared to others in the area it's AMAZING for the price. The beach and dock areas were nice. We haven't left yet, but we will be back! You can see in my picture that we have a nice view of the water. Te park is also very close to John Pennekamp State Park, which is a wonderful FL state park if you have a chance to visit. A great time was had by all!! Thanks Alex!
