Pat in the administrative office is great to work with and is always prompt in responding to my emails. The campground is clean and the water views are beautiful!

Me and my family have stayed at Indian acres for about 4 years form coming from another campground. When we first got to Indian acres it was fun but after a while it kinda felt like my family who are HISPANIC felt like we constantly got weird looks and stared down like we were monsters. There was a time where me and my cousin were driving our golf cart I was 15 at the time and we were chased down by the property owner I guess and they followed up and screamed stating to stop driving and that they need to see id. I did not give the owner an id because i was not doing anything wrong and i was driving perfectly normal so we can go shower. Fast forward into the summer ive seen a whole bunch of kids who are WAY younger then me driving THERE DRUNK PARENTS around and not being said. this place is racist as hell if your Hispanic DONT GO HERE OR BUY PROPERTY because they will take your move stuff around on your property. There just so happens to be another situation where me and my family has a fence up for the last 3 years going onto last year the owners made arrangements to our property and sent pictures that we needed to move back our garage mind you the garage wasn’t on the driveway path or anything and they claimed “ it was too far out “ next whenever we would be camping on our property we had a Puerto Rico flag up and we would get told to leave the campsite by campers who were PREDOMINANTLY WHITE. There was another situation where me and my boyfriend were called the Nword with the hard R and told to get off of their land. I’m so disappointed because as a Hispanic they tend to pick on us and with the new company they do not answer the phone nor listen. This place is racist and mentally draining with unfair treatment. Nobody says anything to the white people but when Hispanics do the bare minimum and just try to have fun we are being reported. Also not to mention if someone doesn’t like you on the property they will report you FOR ANYTHING and have other take photos of your property.

This place is a lot of fun! I look forward to each weekend I can come to my campsite.

We have been 'funstead' owners since 2007. We spend most weekends here enjoying life ' off grid' (we have been getting cable 'next year' since day 1). Good fishing at the Tdock and some of the ponds, 2 pools with slides, CampStore (delicious, reasonably priced food) game room, covered pavilion for occasional weekend bands & djs and lots of open areas to gather with friends and family. Some negatives are: inaccessible mgmt team, rules changing on a whim with little to no notice (outside of Covid restrictions), lack of an onsite pumping company.

It's a great place for the kids and adults to have a good time. We went fishing at night and hung out by the pool during the day.
