Caravan park has a pleasant situation with lots of trees. Our powered site was unfortunately quite tiny and we could only just squeeze our tent and vehicle in. The camp kitchen was absolutely woeful. It only offered a fridge, toaster, a microwave and a filthy air fryer. No kettle, no cutlery and nothing to cook with. The shower toilet facilities a few and far between so unless you are fully self-contained this would not be a top choice caravan park.
this is not bad. im doing this just to say that the toliets are kinda dirty and the pool is just SOO SMALL so small that all the kids were there and i had no space to swim. not bad for this camp park. Most fun part was the jumping pillow and the mini golf and the basketball court. the lady in the reception was super friendly. by the way if ur an adult DONT go to the park near e3 u might break the swing. kitchen= terrible.
Stayed in one of the so-called "new" chalets, but it was incredibly dirty (those floors haven't seen a vacuum or mop in a long time), the toilet seat was wobbly, and the flyscreen door was broken - both off the rail and had a giant flapping hole in it. But worst of all was the broken bed which ruined my back for the rest of our holiday. When we complained, there was no apology, no offer of compensation, in fact it felt like we were the ones inconveniencing them. And all for a price that was very high (an airbnb would've been cheaper). I'm giving 2 stars, which is generous, but the extra star is for the fact that they did change the bed the same day we complained, and for the number of peppermint trees on site.
Terrible experience – zero customer service This holiday park was extremely disappointing. The washing machines do not work, yet they still take your money. My coins were swallowed and I couldn’t do any laundry at all. What made it even worse was the reaction from staff. Instead of apologising or helping, I had to argue for a long time just to get my money back. I was actually told it was my fault and that I was to blame. That is completely unacceptable. There was no accountability, no friendliness, and absolutely no customer service. If basic facilities like washing machines don’t work and guests are then blamed for it, something is seriously wrong with the management. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you expect working facilities and respectful treatment, stay somewhere else.
This is our favourite (now only) place we book accommodation when heading down south. The chalets that are dog friendly are really good. Has everything you need to head away with our dogs. Bring your own bedding and all kitchen amenities supplied. Very easy check in and check out. Staff are always friendly and happy to assist. Ideally situated as basically half way between Busselton and Dunsborough. Thank you for another enjoyable stay.
