There are two RV dump stations at the facility. Each station has a hose. However, during winter, the rinse hoses are removed. The rinse water available at the station is non-potable. To reach the facility, you need to go to Ipava Avenue, which is just North of 185th Street W. From I-35 Exit 84, travel East on 185th Street W for about 1 3/4 miles. Then, go North on Ipava Avenue for approximately 200 yards. You will find the RV dump station on the Right side, just off the street at the entrance to the Water Treatment Facility.

Easy in, easy out (though you can only exit heading north). Two dump stations in a single, pull-through lane with flushing water available seasonally. No garbage can available, but for free RV dumping, I can live with that.

Very clean RV dump station with 2 dump stations. Can't beat the price of FREE.
RV dump station is clean and free.
Two black tank dump stations available. Never had to share a session though. Basic water only, no garbage cans. Not sure if water is potable so we don't winterize here. But the area is always clean and the service is free.
