People at Blue cedars respected my space and are friendly. Lots of local wildlife chickadees, rabbits, and a black bear (I did not see said bear but was warned of its visits). Only encountered a few mosquitos which was a relief from the 1000's of mosquitos where I'm from. This campground has nice little tent sites that are close to highway so a bit noisy, not sure if the perimeter is fenced but feels safe. There is a trail from the campground to The Cranbrook hill greenway trail system which is excellent. Washrooms are clean, well stocked and in working order. Despite the 2 days of rain/hail & needing a better foamy for the car, I had a good time.

Tent camped there on 6/21/2023. Decent grassy spot in the middle of some pine trees and quiet. Bathroom and showers very clean. The woman that checked us in was very nice. Picnic table could us some work.

This is a nice RV campground in Prince George. A little expensive $68/night for full service. But it is claimed to everything in town. They need to upgrade their site picnic tables. Restrooms and showers were clean!

Planned a week long trip up to Hazelton, BC from the Fraser Valley area, and had this place planned as an overnight tenting spot on the way up, and was planning on parking at the nearby Walmart parking lot on the way home a few days later. After being at Blue Cedars for one night I booked the night for the drive back immediately. I found the customer service to be lovely - the woman at the desk was really sweet (I regret not getting her name). She gave my partner and I her favourite tent site that was incredibly secluded and surrounded by trees, there were spectacular mushrooms and little plants growing in the tree line and it was just beautiful for a little tent site. Firewood was $10 for a full Rubbermaid tote (the best price we found on our whole trip and enough to have a fire going for a whole night and enough for the morning), the bathrooms were immaculate even for 8pm when everyone else had used them. I am a relative “city kid” but I didn’t find the highway noise to be a problem; you’re surrounded by trees so that helps block a lot of it except for the occasional trucker going by. I’m already planning a trip back and found this was one of the highlights of our whole trip, and we saw a lot!

Awesome campground, very clean, we didn't know about the booking ahead but we got two campsites when we got there. 😃 Beautiful campground setup and their wifi is fast and awesome bandwidth speeds. Love the pull through campsites. :) There are good signage around the campground, you will be well informed where the campsites are, etc.
