paying $180/month for RV Storage had items stolen from outside RV and inside RV Storage bins twice. 2 police reports filed.

Easy, small appliance transportation. Used smaller truck. Clean. Smooth riding. Great AC. Staff was courteous and provided good info. All is well.

During my rental, my moving activities took slightly longer than I expected and as a result I called to extend the rental. On these calls I used a different card than the card I reserved the truck and ultimately completed the final transaction with. Mainly that card had a limit sufficient to complete the transaction. On these call I extended the reservation usually only a day, was told how much uhaul would be processing and I completed the transaction. I returned the rental and paid the ENTIRE AMOUNT DUE with the SAME CARD I USED TO MAKE THE RESERVATION. However, subsequent to the completion of the rental this location would continue to CHARGE the card I used to extend the rental DESPITE FULL AND COMPLETE PAYMENT of the reservation with the original card used. On top of that, the charges were NEVER accurate or consistent with the ACTUAL CHARGE I agreed to when I CALLED (over the phone) to extend the reservation. I disputed, submitted the receipt that included the card # used to pay and my claim was VALIDATED BY THE BANK. Yet, TWICE NOW, BOTH times SIX WEEKS LATER I would see a "claim reversal" and DEBIT to my account and when I contacted my bank about it they basically stated Uhaul issued ANOTHER DISPUTE. The first time it happens, I can accept that it's a "honest mistake". Second time, not so much. Since this keeps happening with the SAME STORE, I have NO CHOICE BUT TO ESCALATE AND POTENTIALLY SUE. It's NOT A COINCIDENCE THIS KEEPS HAPPENING WITH THE SAME STORE.

Great Uhaul storage location. I used the storage for a little over 2 months. My things were safe, the unit was cleaned and the employees were always nice and helpful. I definitely will be using them again.
