They said they can fix my RV. I trusted them. I have insurance. They will not communicate with me or my insurance agent. I think he is trying to keep my RV for himself and profit. He was supposed to fix catalytic converter so I can drive it. I don't think he has done it .. he has had my RV almost 3 months. No contact. Sound fishy to you? Does me. I'm a poor widow not wanting to get ripped off

Dusty was very personable and flexible when scheduling our appointment. Our stair floor slide cover broke in our Tiffin Phaeton. We had to go to Elkhart to pick up new captain chairs. Our schedule was not finalized and we had to keep calling to move our appointment. We were going to come in Friday afternoon for our repair and at the last minute we got a call from our furniture company to install our chairs. Dusty was more than willing to not only move the appointment, but he had one of his employees come in on Monday, Labor Day at 8 o’clock to fix our floor. Meeting Dusty was a whole nother experience. He is one of the most gracious accommodating business people we have ever met. His knowledge and expertise on RV repair is amazing. Steve, actually repaired our step and did an excellent job. We had saved the parts, hoping that he could work with them and we wouldn’t have to order, anything new. Of course he was able to use the parts to fix the step slide cover The step slide works better than it ever did and is so much quieter when we drive. We would highly recommend All Brand RV Repair for any type of RV repair, maintenance, cabinetry, flooring that you could possibly need. Had some work done to my Travel trailer. The owner was very accommodating and allowed us to stay on the lot the night before our appointment and let us take our time packing up the next day as we were only going a short distance to the Dunes NP. They did a really good job and showed me a lot of things about my RV and what to look for. They have been in the RV business for years and it shows. They were all very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was also very reasonable. I'll definitely be coming back for any future RV repairs or maintenance I need done.

I really can’t praise this business enough. We spoke with Jerry last spring about our roof on our 5th wheel. And he gave us a temp fix so that we could enjoy the summer. We picked up our unit awhile back. We were beyond pleased with the estimate and the work performed and the communication during the process. He took it upon himself (while the back wall panel was off) to go ahead and install a second light for when backing up in the dark. We were thrilled because - who has one light to see??? It made a huge difference. We were glad he noticed that and did the extra. Our work was performed in a timely manner and we felt a great price. We had gone there due to all the 5 star ratings on this site and a few others. All Brand will be our go to if any thing is needed. Great customer service and I believe complete honesty and fair pricing. Can’t go wrong stopping here for your needs! So glad we went here! Great people

These guys were great. Tiny repair place compared to other Elkhart repair places. They fit us in quickly because our air units had seized. Had hook ups and dump. Repaired us quickly. Price on a/c units was a little higher than we could have bought on our own but labor was reasonable so was a wash. They seem very honest and straightforward. We will go back if we need other repairs.
