Park Sands Beach Resort

To whom it may concern!! Our family has been camping at this resort for the last ten years. The staff has been very helpful and accommodating to the camper’s needs. The grounds are well maintained and clean. The walkway along the beach is great to take in the sunsets and the tides. Thank you for help. Stan!!

We stayed at P14 camp 🏕 stall for last couple years and its been nothing short of amazing. We made that camp our own created our own privacy. I like this area because its central to amenities and only a short walk to the board walk. Management always go extra mile! And p14 has enough space one 6 man tent, a 2 man tent and a gazibo that we put over our picnic table ! We put up a tarp on the one side of the gazino to create more privacy and kind of a wall. The one thing I liked about this site was that we could park our car along the side, which created more privacy, and also still had accessibility, that we could still talk to our neighbors and the people walking by. It was a really nice community. We had accessible water anytime just at back of cabin. I needed to get a hold of the office and they were available phone or text. Everybody is really friendly every time we go and we end up making friends. Park san's resort is one of the best places we've stayed as for town camping.. I mean, in all reality, who's ever heard of in town camping.. So, this is actually an amazing spot and I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to travel the island and be central. Going here has become our family summer holiday hotspot! Cant wait to go back 2026!

We come here every year! It's just the perfect getaway for everyone in the family... their's a nice wide boardwalk it runs along the spectacular soft sandy beach! Tide goes way out in the Summer. Right next door is the best kids park and water park I've ever seen! Summer time their is an ice-cream stand that serves all sorts of flavors right on the property. Spots in Parksands resort are a great size. It's very clean and staff are friendly. Their's something for every to do here 🏖🛶.

My wife and I stayed at the resort with our RV. We were in site C02. Closest to ocean! Great boardwalk along the ocean. The site was paved and flat with full hook-ups. Very clean. Rest of site was grass. Good to set up gazebo tent if wanted. Automatic check-in. No office visit checking in or out! Due to weather we departed one day early on a 3 night stay. To our great surprise and pleasure when we got home we saw we had been e-mailed a gift certificate to visit for one night in the next year. VERY good customer service without even asking! A couple of photos below. The ocean looks much closer and panoramic than the photos. In the other direction, towards Parksville, there are about 3-4 blocks of stores, services, restaurants, fast food etc. about a 150 metre walk from our site. Great!

Loved ParkSands! We spent the month of August here and it was fantastic. The best part is the location of this resort. Not only is it mere steps to the beach, it is also very centrally located in downtown Parksville. The Tuesday night market is right across the street. We encountered a couple of minor issues and they were addressed promptly and courteously. We love it and can’t wait to come back next year. Highly recommended!
