Camping World

I had a great experience at Wauconda Camping World. I had looked into a used camper but was not for me. Terry reached out to me to and took the time to hear what I was looking for. He was able to narrow choices down for me. He was then able to answer my questions. He got everything ready for me to check out the one I was looking at. Once I decided on it he worked with me to get things going. Working with Jessica in Finance was also a good experience. She was able to get me a good rate and explained all the paperwork well. The service department was good to work with as well. They demoed the unit for me, and helped me get everything hooked up for a safe travel home.

We had an amazing experience at Camping World. Manager Michael and Mike, our RV Sales Associate, truly went above and beyond to make our dream happen. We came in with our SUV, and they took the time to understand our needs and helped us choose the perfect RV that works safely and comfortably with our vehicle. They were patient, knowledgeable, and honest, and we never felt pressured. Thanks to their help, we feel confident and excited about our RV journey. TERRY DOES IT AGAIN!! This is our second RV that we have purchased here and the experience couldn't have been better! Just one year after purchasing our bumper pull, we decided to upgrade to a motorhome. This is a big upgrade and Terry ensured we were comfortable doing so before showing us anything. All parties (sales, management, finance and service) worked together to not only make for a great experience, but to get us into a great motorhome within our budget! Highly recommended! We recently purchased our first 5th wheel from Camping World. We were newbies to the 5th wheel experience, (we traded off a travel trailer) so we went in blind, the sales team and service department were over the top. They went above and beyond any expectation we could have had. The knowledge they have is excellent, which only comes from experience. If you are in the market for a camper, dont waste your time anywhere else. Go see Terry and the crew in Camping World Wauconda, IL. I have to tell you about the amazing service team! They worked thier butts of to make our experience the best and to ensure our safety. Again, the true definition of outstanding customer service, they over nighted parts to be sure we were safe in our travels home to DSM, Ia. Truly, I can't brag this team up enough.. So I'm gonna put it like this short and sweet.I walked in the camping world never owning a camper in my life. The reason I was there , was because it was my last option for putting a roof over our heads. My girl , myself , and our dog were homeless. We moved out of our current home in anticipation that another home was available right away. We were lied to and fooled. So here we sit without a home , without our pride , and without any hope in finding a place to keep our family dry. I was met by Tim who was the most amazing salesman i have ever met. Incredibly knowledgeable ,and straight forward..no b.s. Almost like it was a long time friend. With hesitants, I told him our story, why i was there, and that we needed something asap. We walked the lot , which is is incredibly huge , until he found something that he knew would be perfect for our family. Him and dave met in the office, and minutes later he came out and gave me the biggest sigh of relief I may have ever had. They put My family in a camper we could call our home. We are eternally grateful for everybody at camping world that helped find us an unbelievable ,amazing and beautiful camper / home. THANK YOU ,TIM ,DAVE,AND THE FAMILY AT CAMPING WORLD .
