Ellingwood Park RV

Quick walk to the white river where flies will get you trout and live or stink bait usually get the catfish to bite, have fun!

New owners that are changing the name and increasing prices to $400+ a month, meaning most of us that live here will have to leave. I have lived here for over 5 years, helped maintain the park for nothing but fuel for my weed eater, maintained my own space as well. New owners claimed we 'got away with things' but it is /was the campers that did most of the work. Not worth even driving through.

Its most quiet and peaceful RV Park in the world except for when I'm blaring my music

This is not what one would expect, this is not a "park". It is an rv overnight or long term parking. Some have chosen to build modulars as a permanent residence. No amenities. No trees. Although it is just across the street from the grocery store, hardware store and a small park honoring our Vets. A new restaurant that just opened up (10/6/2020) is also across the street.

The 5-Star reviews by "Guides" are fake. One even talks like it's a nice city park. It's not. This is a month-to-month RV park with a couple manufacturered homes. No manager or maintenance staff anymore. Frequent drug traffic.
