Gibsonia RV Park

Stayed here and had a great experience. The park is clean, well maintained, and in a convenient location. The manager was very friendly and easy to work with. It’s a calm, safe place to stay and much better than several other parks nearby. Highly recommend.

Nice & clean & more quiet than you'd expect being right off a main highway. It's nice having shopping & food options so close but the traffic is horrendous during peak hours. Rent it higher than I'd like but it includes everything, even electricity. And the park manager isn't very lenient.

Staying here long term with my Boyfriend and our two puppies. Park is amazing, and the owner is super kind and understanding. It's definitely on the cheaper side of things compared to any other RV parks near the Disney areas!! It's right across the street from a Walmart, a gass station, and a few fast food places, so it's super convenient!! Park rules are simple and we have had zero problems with water or electric since we moved in! Neighbors are quiet and have clean areas as well. The owner really works hard on the upkeep of the park!!

Deloris the park manager was absolutely lovely to work with! There were some issues with my site and she was more than helpful and just overall fantastic throughout the process. Jett was also so great, helped set things up in the dark and the rain after hours.

The park owner is a slum lord (so to speak). Septic systems in the park are not up to par you can smell them on a regular basis inside and outside of your unit and others and when you try and contact her about an issue it is impossible to get ahold of her. She is very unprofessional and I would never recommend anyone to rent from her unless you want to live in a trashy park.
