I love the people here at the park but the management leaves something to be desired electric is outrageous and the manager is not helpful the stuff that’s needs to be done isn’t and stuff that needs fixed isn’t AB’s it won’t be anytime soon

I used to live there ( Not Worth it). It used to be fun where you could walk the area talk to people. And when you went some where YOUR THINGS that you own were still there. It had gotten so bad there that people steal your things . They talk to you like they are good people then turn around in the middle of the night and your stuff is gone. All I can tell you is DON'T rent or buy or buy in the area from space numbers 9 to 17 or from 59 / 60 or 61 that area people break into your place .I could even give you the space numbers and names of where they live and who steals. Make sure Everything is locked up at night from 9pm to 5am mon through sun. The workers some of them steal from you as well. And don't let the management tell you it's a 55+ park it's not all ages live there. Keep reading all reviews it's Abad place to live.

This place has mostly long time residents, some who have pride in their site, others don’t which is true anywhere you go. The management and residents were extremely helpful in getting our 42 foot long RV into a tight space. They even cut branches off a pine tree so we could fit. We were given an additional discount for our trouble. There are no amenities here but for the price, you don’t expect any. It is off the main road and quiet. You are only a couple minutes to the visitor center for Joshua Tree NP. You can find shopping in 29 Palms and Yucca Valley.

New place for me sister moved out that way I wanted to show me some mobile home parks in the area , not really a mobile home parks girl. But it was still interesting looking around, very secluded area not crowded at all so there is a lot of space. But if you a City person need things close by may not be the place for you

Staff was great it was nice and peaceful. A bit of a spartan place but hookups were easy accessible and we were close to everything. Next time I will tow the motorcycle to run errands, but there is a Circle K right around the corner... Rates are great and say you got their info from the Ranger station, you will get a discount on their already low rates...
