Awesome place! Friendly staff, well kept grounds, access to swimming pool, quite, great neighbors.

Very nice retirement community and very happy friendly people. Highly recommended to stay. We only stayed one night. It would be nice if you have planed to stay in Texas for the winter. Nice pool and clean shower and restrooms.

Great park if you're traveling you can rent a space to park your RV or you can rent a trailer to stay all year long or during the winter or summer 🙂

Love this park, small but that's what makes it so great. Great management, great people, lots of things to do, if your in the are try it out.

Jim the old guy who manages this place is a complete nut job, he likes to spy on residents and guests! So be on the lookout for Jim as he's on the lookout for you. It's a good spot and prices for lot rentals are great, some full time residents and many winter Texans around.
