Was looking to rent, but Wagon Wheel did get back to me in a decent amount of time and was direct, honest and to the point. That in itself is valuable to me.

Worst place to live. They scrutinize every person who will be living there. They can tell you who can stay and who can't. Even though you bought and own the property. Not worth it, besides some look really dumpy. You would think with all the strict rules it would look nice. Waste of time and energy.
