I used to live there back in the days in the years 1980s with my parents,and grandparents the Gastelum Family i love it i have so many memories theres and pictures something i will always remember the mobile homes has changed so much I remember our mobile home was white and know is brown it has changed alot that there’s fenced it used to be much nicer before but is a great place to live know i live in Merced California so I missed Calexico

Great place to live, the bad thing is new management if you go to the office whith she the supervisor youll see a day care instead of professional bussines be prepare for manager comments like "is a luxury have an A/C not a need on the imperial valley". Lack of professionalism I ask for the # of the owner as my right and was deny until now, they are doing fixes with electricity that do not comply with the state laws, need help to save this mobilehome park this is happening now 6 26 19.

I loved it except the smell of shyt but had me a good time and ate some good food thinking of moving out there
