Rock Creek Mobile Home Community

I have a friend who retired here. He has a very nice double wide, beautifully finished. The neighborhood is very peaceful and welcoming.

My friend lives here. Quite safe little community. I have visited their clubhouse and played shuffle board and pool. I know they have a pool. Great place to live.

I recently have purchased a unit in Rock Creek Mobile Home Park. It is the first time I've bought this type of property and there are a lot of complexities that were confusing. Fortunately, the park manager Eleanor, was able to explain all of the steps and procedures necessary and it was great to know that the property I was buying was well managed and well taken care of. I look forward to my time there and want to give special thanks to Eleanor for her help. I definitely can recommend Rock Creek as what I consider the best mobile home community in the Auburn area. (Update October 2020) It's been a terrific 5 years and Rock Creek is looking better than ever.

This was like living in a large adult daycare. The constant phone blasts with “urgent messages” was beyond annoying. Very difficult to enter and exit. Our location was extremely noisy with airplanes flying overhead regularly that would cause conversation to stop until they left. The trash was picked up by the maintenance guys and the first round was them retrieving what they wanted snd the second round was them taking the trash. No regular garbage cans. The rules say no running a business out of your home but the lady across from us was running a hair cutting business and her clients always parked on the street, making it impossible to back out of our drive way. No, my husband and I would not recommend living here unless you like a daycare mentality for a living environment.

This Park is so peaceful! My Aunt just moved here and I'm renovating her house. I absolutely love this place! The wildlife walks right through the front yard to the back yard and drinks out of the creek. The neighbors are very nice and friendly. There's plenty of trees so everything is nice and green this time of year. Plenty of stores, shops, and restoration close by to choose from.
