Michele runs this park overall and is absolutely just awful. She speaks to you like you are beneath her. 10/10 do not recommend based off of her and her alone. We stayed for months with no issues but were asked to move out with a day notice with 5 kids.

Stopped in for a one night break on our way home from a week of dry camping. Place it everything we needed to relax and clean up: full hookup, next to their clubhouse with a small store, laundry and showers. All very clean. Very easy and convenient to get to from the highway. Be aware you are near a highway so there is some truck noise.

We were car camping across I-10 and used this facility for one of our nights. Staff hours were excellent (we arrived at 7:40 in the evening and someone was still there to welcome us) and the facilities were so clean. Even though it was close to the truck stop and interstate, it wasn’t too noisy. We were still able to enjoy the night sky and full moon.

Nice place great front desk person. My view is kof the dumpster and truck stop next door but the other side is dirt sites with some trees and a view of a mountain if the wind dies down lots of dust. Right off the hwy. Though entrance is a little hidden because the truck stop is also there.havd to turn to the right. Overall not a bad place to stop. They have a massive gaming room with machines for fun.

If you’re staying in the Van Horn, Tx area, this is where you need to stay. This spot is super quiet. It is located next to Route 10 but the park itself is safe and calm. All dirt roads with pretty much level ground. They have a large newer site with rows of fill hookup that’s wonderful for starlink since there’s no trees in that area- and it’s very quiet since less rigs seem to park there. The staff here is very kind and helpful. There are mountain lions in the region but they installed some heavy duty barbed wire to keep them out which they say works well over the last few years - and we didn’t see any on site. Propane you can purchase at Loves which is super close by and garbage you leave at the dumpster by the entrance/exit area. Overall great stay and very affordable!
