Chill spot, super chill landlords. They really love aviation — like, really love it. You’ll notice they’ve thoughtfully installed a bunch of cameras pointing right at the sky, probably just to capture those beautiful B-2 flyovers for their scrapbooks. 🛩️📸 Rent’s fair, Wi-Fi’s strong (probably military-grade, honestly), and you’ll never miss an air show — they happen daily! Sometimes multiple times a day! Management always seems to know exactly when they’ll happen too, which is so considerate. Perfect for anyone who enjoys the gentle hum of stealth bombers at dawn and landlords who are very invested in “neighborhood watch.

Rent price ok. Lot of plane fly nearby. They have lot of camera

Updated my review from 4 years ago. The people that are running the park have made a lot of improvements and are working constantly to make it better. They are good people that will take care of you if you need it.

This is a slum Lord Mobile home and RV Park, many mobile homes that are abandoned, piles of trash laying as well as it lays at the end of a Military air force base. Many loud planes flying over daily and sometimes late at night. Not a place to go unless you have no other choice.

A Very nice and Quiet park, however you can't drive ANYWHERE in ANY DIRECTION without having at least one of your tires down a hole. And every time it rains it just gets worse. My daughter has lived in this park for several years and I have never been there when anything had been done to the roads. So that's not very often (if at all) that they grade the roads. But go slow and you should be fine.
