A gravel lot with tight spacing. Clean and close to area attractions. No sewer but water pressure is good. Electrical is ok.

Stayed here two days at this very clean, well managed RV Park. Johnny, Patrick and the staff go above and beyond to accommodate the guests. We utilized their 30 amp electrical hookup and water. Dump station on site, showers ($5), fire rings, and close walk to Kenai River (eagles nest with eaglets!) and several sites for excursions like fishing or scenic rafting. Beautiful area, quiet surroundings. We will visit again! Thanks for making our stay enjoyable.

"B&B" may be a label that comes with certain expectations. My expectation was a dry, clean place to sleep, that wouldn't break the bank. Rooms in Alaska can run well over $200/night, so to discover this honey hole for $75/night was a real find! Staff is excellent- helpful, friendly. The surroundings are stunning; the lake and river are turquoise!!! You can find a fancier place to stay, but you'll pay for the frills.

We stayed there one night with our RV on our way to Homer. It was a really nice place, right near the river. The lady at the office was really nice. She let us use the hot shower and the bathroom as long as we wanted for $5 which was pretty nice. They have pretty room if you don't feel like camping outside. Yes the spots are near each other but I've seen worst in Alaska. We had a good experience and really nice staff!

Weather was supposed to be bad and Was told over the phone that if we didn't end up staying the full two days we could get our money back for the one night we didn't stay. Which they didn't honor and the posted price on website is incorrect it's $20 dollars a night for tent camps. We show to set up our camp and the place over looks the back side of the camp which is full of cars and heavy duty equipment . It's located next to a swamp and river . Wasn't a good experience. Or a good place to camp there camps are right on top of each other no real privacy. We will be going somewhere else next trip
