This place is so clean, cozy, and relaxing. I love it. The kitchen is a plus. It's very roomy. We stayed in the Abe cabin and absolutely fell in love with it. My kids enjoy making s'mores at the outdoor pit. There are plenty of charging outlets.
Adorable! Old motel but updated with the cutest rustic vibe. Very clean and comfortable. Cody, in the office/gift shop, was so friendly. Best location if visiting Lincoln’s birthplace.
Spending the weekend in the Thomas Cabin and I must say, it feels SO clean and like "home". The fresh smell of the cedar wood when you walk inside!👌❤️ The kitchenette being stocked with everything you could need. I really could go on and on. Not a hotel feel at all. No checking to see if things are clean enough, or if you have enough towels. Absolutely perfect. Quiet and exactly what we were looking for when planning our trip from Louisiana.
We loved our stay here! The Southern charm (updated) décor was so cute and welcoming, and you could tell that everything in the rooms was thoughtfully chosen with comfort and convenience in mind. From the cozy bedding and plush bath mats to the shampoo and clock with USB ports, every detail had a purpose. The room was spotless and felt very well cared for. We had the pleasure of working directly with the owner, who was wonderful and made the experience even better. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, charming, and comfortable stay!
We stayed one night in the Abe Cabin. Perfect location for visiting the Lincoln Birthplace next door, the Lincoln Boyhood Home down the road, and the Lincoln Museum in nearby downtown Hodgenville. The cabin is super cute and still smells new. It’s located behind the campground and lodge. I’ve posted pics to show where it is in relation to the campground. It was quiet. No rowdy neighbors. Very spacious interior and great TV channel selection. Well equipped kitchen with good counter space so one could stay several days and be comfortable. There is a table with pull out benches inside, plus a bistro set on the porch. A small sofa for reading or watching TV is between the beds. Bathroom was spotless. We would stay here again if in the area.
