I recently visited Brannon's Mobile Home Estates and was pleasantly surprised by how well-kept the grounds are. It’s a very peaceful, tidy community with a truly welcoming atmosphere. The location in Dickson is fantastic tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet still close to everything you might need. The management clearly takes pride in the property, as the roads are clean and the lighting is reliable. It’s a great choice for anyone looking for a solid balance of affordability and a high quality of life in a quiet neighborhood.

Good place to raise a family

Nasty place , junk everywhere and the lot payments our way to high, over 400$ a month lol
