Stagecoach Mobile And RV Park

I've lived here for almost 4 years and this a great place to live! Close to the freeway and shopping. Very affordable! I recommend it!

Moved here last day of July 2023. Absolutely love it here! Very quiet, clean and friendly neighbors. An old park, but well kept. Always have landscapers weekly and keeping place safe and clean. Manager was very real about everything. She's been great!

I rented a spot for 4 yrs here. What were my new neighbors in the beginning are now parts of my family!! So happy to have stayed there and have in my life the people I do.

Sky high electric., power outage after dark, shrill shrieking children distract when working remotely. Also, people will park on your lot, go back and forth through your lot transporting drugs/alcohol, and otherwise disrespect & disrupt the space you have already paid for. No ADA trash recepticles for those who need accomodations. There are a few genuinely nice people. Moving into an RV park is a major undertaking, and my advice is to look around for one with better management.

Stayed for 10 months and had a few hiccups about power and maintenance. Just got worse when it was time to leave. Terrible people to do business with. Liars and will flip flop on you in a second to make a buck.
