Buena Vista Mobile Home Park

Me and my kids have lived here for 4 months we absolutely love it here it's so peaceful and everybody is so friendly it's like our own little town inside of taft Kim is absolutely amazing she keeps us updated on everything that goes on here im a beyond blessed living here also my kids absolutely love the pool and playing with the other kids the adults and kids bond well together it's like a close knitted community inside of taft and me and my kids love it also feel so safe here I recommend living here there's no way im leaving lol

Awesome place to live and also a Safe environment for your family to live in. Managment is awesome and she is very friendly and is awesome. She’s all about trying to keep everyone informed on everything from it being about the weather or anything we need to be informed about she does. Also she’s great at keeping this park really up to great standards.

We recently purchased a home in the park and our overall experience has been great. The park manager was kind and informative as it was our first time buying a home. As first time homebuyers, the experience couldn’t have been better. We look forward to being apart of this community.

For the past almost 5 years this park has been our home. I loved that they held incentives to decorate for the holidays, it was fun to see everyone participate. We enjoyed going to the pool often, it's serviced twice a week, which is nice! At the pool, everyone is so nice and welcoming. I also appreciated how friendly our neighbors are throughout the park there isn't 1 unfriendly person I have met. The staff who work there are all very friendly and helpful. I would reccomend living here, zero complaints. Thank you Kim and Bobbie for all you do for the park, I loved getting park updates through the emails, I found it very helpful many times. They hold meetings at the clubhouse for you to feel inclusive as well as host fun events for the kids in our community. I liked taking our dog to the dog park as well as on a walk with my kids around the park.

Very clean, safe, and family friendly. Staff includes all community members in events, is very informative on emergency situations, along with looking out for residents well being. (Elderly during heat waves, information on fires in the area, issues that arise during weather related incident's, etc.) Having moved from a different city, this park is a breath of fresh air. Very thankful for the staff who maintain such an awesome park, I would recommend any family to move in!
