My Place At Thorn Hollow

I love living here because of the wonderful neighbors who have become friends. It's a small campground type setting which I find very relaxing. I really enjoy the fact that it's a 55+ community. Most neighbors help and keep an eye on each other without being intrusive. Kroger and Dollar Tree are in walking distance. The community offers No Amenities and for some reason require a security deposit.

I have been in the park since June 2025. It is a very nice park. Great location. Very satisfied.

I like this place because it is like being on vacation in the woods. James is great, he keeps the place looking great. He is friendly and helpful. The only big downside is the raise in rent the past 3 years. We are being priced out of this place. I chose to live here because the lot rent was reasonable. Living on a fixed income that is not keeping up with inflation (any where near it). Two big rent hikes way over what the SS COLA amount is making me have to chose between rent, meds, or food.

I have lived in this park since 1987. I just love it here. The front part of the park always looks good. James does a good job keeping it nice. And everyone in here is very friendly. We have the nicest trailer park around.

My husband and I have lived here for over a year now and couldn’t be happier. James is dedicated and hard working, always with a smile as he takes care of the grounds. I highly recommend this community to anyone seeking a quiet place surrounded by trees and wonderful neighbors.
