Great Management, very helpful with problems that might happen, very clean restrooms, nice atmosphere 👍 👍👍👍
Mostly long term residents but the camp hosts are very nice and very friendly. Nice showers and bathrooms. Hard to get to due to road. Construction. Bike path runs in front of the property so great for adventures.
A place to avoid, it has potential and I understand some people need a place to stay, the monthly tenant has this place looking shady, then the spot I rented had no water, strung a hose and used the next space over, then they ran over my house and it busted. Almost impossible to access the RV dump station.
We paid for 3 nights, and left after 2. Couldn’t let my kids or dog play outside because the neighbor was letting his gray water out on the ground. That’s the reason there was tall weeds surrounding the trailer… Trash piled outside of some “permanent trailers” got the vibe we didn’t belong.
This is a no frills kind of place that's almost entirely populated by long-term residents. But that's OK as everyone was cool. Especially the camp host, who seemed like a really nice guy. There were no sewer hookups at sites, but there is a dump station. Because of this, we opted to use the bath house for showers, and they were excellent. The bath house was a series of individual residential-style bathrooms and was very nice. It appeared to be relatively new construction. Overall, if you're looking for a spot to drop anchor for a night, this is a good call. Easy in and out, and it's right off I-90.
