I never really liked shopping here as the staff were always rude and unhelpful. Although the young lady up at customer service (I got her name shout out Sara!) She is amazing she’s always extremely helpful and knows exactly what she’s talking about. She’s very sweet, and easy on the eyes if you get what i’m saying LOL😇. All and all very good at her job, and just a lovely positive experience with her every time! Thank you Sara for reminding me good people still exist in customer service!😊

Back in August, the gentleman at the parts counter saved us on a Sunday in a pinch with a battery replacement. The shop was closed, so he did us a huge solid. I didn’t have tools with me and he was amazing and helpful throughout the whole process. Late review, but better late than never! Thanks again

Wow!!! I was trying to secure a Hudson Bay throw as gift to take out of the country. The timeline was tight and only two Canadian Tire stores in Alberta had the product left. Popular item! I called the first of the two stores on my list, Drumheller. To my good fortune Jen answered my call. She found the item, only one left at their store, pulled it from the shelf and bent over backwards to get it courier delivered to my house in Edmonton within 2 days. The customer service Jen and the Drumheller Canadian Tire management team embraces is an extremely rare occurrence in today’s busy consumer world. I commend them for their efforts and for bringing some Christmas magic back into the hustle and bustle of my Noel. Merry, merry and happy, happy Jen, you have truly been my Christmas angel.

Drumheller is lucky to have this location. I've used it for various needs, including vehicle servicing. I recently purchased my four winter tires from this location, and it came at a great price. They were efficient, professional, and even experienced. I will continue to use this location for my vehicle needs, and other items. For example, I also purchased a shovel for the winter. They are excellent here 👏

Nice place. A bit on the smaller side but they always have what I need when I come camping out here. The employee are pretty friendly as well, and made good conversation with them. Store is pretty clean but the automatic doors desperately need to be replaced. They are pretty old, and are very slow at opening, and closing. Please fix this in my next visit.
