Great drive, roads were level and smooth. Took a relaxing drive through the park. Lots of beautiful birds all around. Saw a huge wild boar but missed the camera shot

Primitive camping experience in the Oasis on the Prairie - Oak Hammocks. Wildlife and amazing skywatching from sunrise - sunset to Stars and Moon.

We stayed at Kowechobe campground on the way to Key West. Spaces are so large we didn’t have to unhook our tow vehicle l. Only drawback is the grass needs cut badly. Will definitely be back

Nice quiet place. Road in was good. No potable water at campground. No amenities. Pack it in pack it out. The area was clean. Lots of sun for solar. The only drawback was the grass being so tall.

A true escape into “Old Florida”! Lots of open space to enjoy. The Primitive Tent Camping under the trees made for a great base camp. A relaxing weekend under the stars.
