Sun Valley RV Park

Best RV park in town! Denise she runs the park and she is awesome, kind and friendly and she doesn't put up with any ruckus and she is on it! And that's what makes her awesome. I definitely recommend this rv park. We have lived here for 3 years and never had any issues at all. It's clean and well kept. It's quiet, they have a hard line internet which is great 😃 they have a laundry/shower room which is really convenient and it has vending machines and yes there is a change machine if you need change. Their prices are lower then most for what you get. And they allow pets. It has a gas stations close by. It's not a huge park which is great! Those big parks from my experience are loud and they get crazy. They also have a fenced in park with a security gate makes you feel safe and secure. This will be the only RV park we will come to in Hobbs NM. We have been so happy here and we are so glad we chose this park.

Mostly long term oilfield workers here. Its fenced in and gated which is a big plus in hobbs. Don't have to worry about your stuff getting broken into by meth heads or stray animals running loose which is a big problem in hobbs. Also a laundry room on site, another big plus. Downside is all dirt lot, no shade, no grass, no...nothing, just a place to set up. Across from a truckstop so it gets kind of noisy from traffic nearby.

Sun Valley Rv Park is gated and clean. There's washer and dryer and vending machine. On the out skirts of town perfect for shopping at walmart right down the rd also a lowes and a perfect place to take the kids called the Core has Waterpark and lots more . This park will work with you very understanding. Eazy in and out and all parking is back in lots of room . So if your looking for a Rv park for working out of town this is the park you want to be at .. the plus there's also 18 wheeler truck wash 24 hours

Came out here from Fresno to visit family friends that stay here. I know Hobbs is rough in general but this place really took the cake. It’s like the Wild West but in a bad way. I saw two men doing unspeakable things to each other’s bodies right behind a trailer with no shame. Dogs were running wild and stray. Apparently the manager Debbie doesn’t do anything to stop this and everyone I talked to said she’s rude. I wouldn’t come here and I certainly wouldn’t want my family to stay here!

Really enjoyed our stay here while in Hobbs. Pet friendly RV parks were harder to find around Hobbs than I expected. Spacious spots and plenty of privacy. The security gate and dog park were also a plus. The walls surrounding the park helped block the wind. The wind can get pretty wild in New Mexico. The only thing that could have made it better was an on-site laundry. But, they have multiple places to do laundry within a few minutes or even walking distance of the park. As first time camper owners, we are forever thankful for the tips and help from Denise In response to ALL of our 1000’s of questions.
