This place is amazing. Stayed in the Deluxe Pool Facing King room and had a perfect view of the private Hot Spring pool. Was very convenient to know if it was too full or if there was lounging chairs available. They have on site restaurants which offer fun mocktails and delicious food, as well as some smaller concession areas where you can get ice cream or other treats. The public Hot Spring pool is also pretty large and has multiple different areas to sit and enjoy, as well as a sitting area with lounge chairs. The staff were incredible and the area is amazing. There are 2 Nordic spa pools as well I believe where one is cool and one is warm, and a steam room! I’m sure I’m missing even more of what this amazing place has to offer. If you ever want to treat yourself stay here for a couple days or a week!
Great location to relax and unwind. Nice mineral water to soak in after a drive . We have stayed here a few times and have always enjoyed our time. Staff are great. Service at the restaurant and bars is amazing. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything you need in a. Room. I’d say that is a good place to come even as a family vacation in the spring summer and fall as there is a fair to to see around the resort. Natural hot springs just below the resort right along the river . I’d say is a great place to stay.
Came here as a family of 4 and we loved it! Very family-friendly hot springs. I recommend coming in winter — way less crowded and more relaxing. Price is decent, especially since you can re-enter multiple times in the same day. No lifeguard on duty, so keep an eye on your kids. Facilities are pretty standard — some change rooms don’t have locks and I couldn’t find a water fountain. Overall, great experience and we’d come back!
Had a nice stay in one of the little cabins. Cute little cabin, If I could change one thing I would get more comfortable seating in the living area. Other than that, great little cabin. The hot springs were lovely. The onsite restaurants had pretty good food. Would stay again.
Check-in was smooth and staff were polite, but unfortunately that was the highlight of our stay. Room had clear hygiene and maintenance issues, including dead ants in the window and visible black mould. We raised this with reception and accepted a partial refund. Later that evening, this esclated to live ants were crawling around the room, including on my partner’s shoulder while we were in bed. We contacted customer service again and were given a 50% refund, but no offer was made to change rooms. While we appreciate the gesture, this was very disappointing for a resort marketed as luxury. Our friends also experienced mould in their room, suggesting this may not be an isolated issue. Overall, this was not the relaxing trip we had hoped for. I did not sleep well due to the condition of the room and anxiety around ants crawling over me. For $300 per night, this fell well below expectations. (Note- the pile of ants photo is just a fraction of what i killed). Sadly, I will not be visiting again.
