Patti is amazing to say the least. Showed up and the site we were supposed to stay in was way too small for our 42foot camper and boat… we walked up to the office and asked if there’s anything she could do and she went above and beyond and called another camper coming in and got our spots switched. So cool, she didn’t have to do that, she truly wanted to help and made everyone happy. Really well run park with clean sites, a nice dog area and free wood provided for campfires. There’s really nice bathrooms by the office with showers and laundry. You can also go up to the casino for a short walk and play some games or go to the hotel part and swim. They also have a nice marina for boat docking and fishing on lake Vermilion. Highly recommend! Will for sure be coming back!!
Pull through and back in sites. Pull through are very close to each other but plenty of length for big rigs. Water and electric at sites. Dump station. Free firewood and fire pits to check out. Can use all resort facilities including pool.
Nice campground ! It has a dump station, people are friendly, being a rv guest also means you are a guest in the casino and down at the marina, where you can clean your fish take a kayak out or paddle boat for free, if it rains entertainment in the casino is always available great food in the casino use of the pool as well. Beautiful walking grounds showers are nice. Great place glad to go back every year. If you need to check in or out when the office is closed you just go up to the casino they will help you. Plenty of grounds to ride bikes around the casino grounds plus golf available so much to do all in a secure complex.
Machines are Horrible. Jacuzzi suite is nice but no hot water at times. Deli closed two nights a week. Restaurant reservations hard to get. Finally went to the Wilderness restaurant in the Golf club. Spent two nights there.... Food dessert. Drove 25 miles for breakfast...... Severely damaged business due to Covid.
There are seasonal sites all around the campsite edge. They are nice sites in the woods. The middle with only young trees has pull thru sites with water and electric only for non-seasonal use. The office is only open Thursday - Sunday. There is no staff at the RV park Monday - Wednesday. With your site you get a dock space in the marina and use of free canoe or kayak. The walk from the RV park to marina is about 0.72 miles with a hill. The walk to the casino/hotel is about 0.3 miles. There is a indoor pool you can use. Peg in the office is wonderful and should get 5 ⭐ for helpfulness. There is a dump station. It is $5 to dump if you aren't staying in the RV park. There are no fire rings.
