I have lived here for 23 years and have have seen the highs and lows. I think current property manager in the office Jacqueline is doing a great job. I am seeing improvements everyday. She is responsive and communicates always. Most recent being the snow removal. The current snow removal company is doing a good job just like when we had mickeys doing snow removal. I think we are heading in the right direction
Slumlords at best. When I first moved here, residents dealt with constant power outages and unsafe voltage issues. We had to fight just to get them addressed—and it was actually PSEG, not management, that fixed the problem. Management then labeled it a “capital improvement” so they could justify a 6% annual rent increase. They spent roughly $80,000 on a playground, yet refuse to repair the egregiously bad roads, which have caused suspension damage to my vehicles. There is very little street lighting, making it dangerously dark at night. Basic infrastructure is ignored. Despite this, management is quick to harass residents over cosmetic issues like power washing homes—on their timeline—while they fail to maintain the property we pay for. Land rent is $1,200 per month, yet they’ve had garbage service shut off multiple times, reportedly due to nearly $60,000 in unpaid bills. There was once a decent property manager, but they were clearly overwhelmed and unsupported. I can’t imagine working for a company that neglects its residents while ignoring legitimate concerns. The only reason people stay is because this is one of the last remaining options resembling affordable housing in the area—and even that is rapidly becoming untrue.
Our community is situated in an affluent area, but the living conditions are far from ideal for our family. The management shows little concern for our safety and the community's well-being. We've experienced power outages every summer for the past three years, and even during winter. These conditions are unacceptable for our children and pets. The manager neglects to represent our interests and is unresponsive when we reach out. Our children lack a safe place to play. It's crucial that the conditions in our community improve, and we urge the town of East Hampton to assist us.
They cut our power every summer. When we call to make a complaint, they get mad and don’t offer any solutions. Same thing is currently happening and the lady that works there got mad and said that we should prepare for a 4th night of no power.
Nice trailer park community 👍🏼
