French Post Park

Small, and a little dated but very well kept. Beautiful views of the Wabash and there appears to be a bald eagle nest almost directly across the boat ramp. I got to see it scuffle with another bird just yesterday. Camp sites are available (primitive tent camping only) by reservation and while it's not far off the road it was quite serene. It's a trash in trash out policy. Check out this hidden little historic site and park. Be a nice spot to fish or just picnic.

This place is another great history place to see old stuff.

Great place, river was very low but still had a great time. Park area was well maintained and clean. Thank you to all who had a hand in this.

Very pretty little park on the river. Out in the middle of nowhere! It even has a few primitive camping sites. Small playground, picnic pavilion, portable toilet and a basketball court.
