Nice parks clean amenities but getting very pricey for a holiday unfortunately especially when reflections is State Government owned !!!
We loved staying in this park. During the week out of school holidays and in the cooler months, it’s quiet. A short walk to the beach and town centre, this park is great for vans and caravans. We’ll be back.
The issue with staying in the cabins is people just walk in off the street and set up for the day in front of your cabin.. just walking in off the street and being rude when asked to move.. put some gates or a fence around the camp grounds so paying customers dont have to deal with it..
Our 3rd year back… while site slab may need some upgrading, it’s still a great place for the family. A park would be great, but possibly the one at the entrance is being upgraded due to safety reasons.
The campsite itself is nice and in a good location. However, on our very first night both of our eskies were stolen. After speaking with a few permanent residents, we learned that theft (of eskies, drinks, bikes, etc.) happens here quite often if items are left outside. For a more pricey camping experience, you’d expect the park to take more care in warning guests or putting measures in place to prevent this. Instead, the lady at reception brushed it off as our fault, which was pretty disappointing. On top of that, you’re not allowed to have fire pits, which takes away from the camping atmosphere. A shout out to Shaun (I think that was his name) who works there - he was really helpful and drove around to assist us in looking for our things.
