Very well maintained RV Park in an extremely busy area. Staff is friendly and accommodating. Perfect for long or short term stays.

Stayed for one night on our way to Tucson. Went to hook up and one of the bolts for my weight distribution was stripped. Their maintenance guy was awesome!!!!! He came over and figured out how to fix it, that was three years ago and it still holding. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this CG while traveling through Texas

Just needed a spot for the night. We booked a pullthru that turned out to be anything but! When I pulled into the site it was easy enough but then I realized that I would not be able to pull out in the morning because there were two trucks on either side of the road blocking my turn. It seemed to be a common thing at this park because on every road there were vehicles parked partially on the road. There were even sites with three vehicles parked on the VERY small sites. On leaving I backed the rig out of the site and still had a hard time making turn at the end of the row due to a tree on passenger side and a fence on my driver side! This is NOT big rig friendly and I am only 60 feet long. I have paid much less than the $60 for other parks and gotten a MUCH better site!! There are better parks in the area so try them first. On edit: Yes it was your park! At first I thought it was my bad BUT I went on google maps and found pictures of the office that both my wife and I recognized!! I could zoom in and see the corner that I had trouble with. It was the fence back of the pool and the tree on the corner. My trailer is 30’ and truck is the same! I stand by my review!

We had four days notice that we would be in Midland for a month for my husband’s job so I was frantically trying to find a campground to check in on a Saturday evening. When I called they were full but she said they would have a spot on Monday and could park the camper there until our spot opened up. Super accommodating! She called back on Friday and said they had a spot open up early so we were all set! It was one of few campgrounds in the area that had grass and a pool and the only one with trees at every sight…small trees that didn’t give much shade but still nice to look at! The grounds are well kept, the pool was clean, and considering it’s a campground full of oil field and pipeliners, and in an industrial area, it was shockingly quiet! We were three rows in from the main road and didn’t hear a sound. The laundry room was dated but clean. The playground and jump pad were well maintained. The picnic table at our sight was splintered and literally falling in. You could only sit on one end of it with pieces of wood breaking off. That definitely needs to be replaced. We had a pretty nasty storm -tornado within 2 miles- while we were there so there were trees down and a mess and the staff jumped on it immediately. The store was stocked with necessities, food, snacks, etc. You could check out umbrellas for the pool and they always had quarters available for the laundry machines. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. **My only issue is one, that after the fact I saw other reviewers mention…and why I left 3 stars instead of five; we were told the monthly rate was a flat fee and included utilities. When we checked out, we were charged for electricity. When we mentioned this to the person checking us out, she just said well, electric isn’t included and she doesn’t know why anyone would say any different. Typically, at check in at campgrounds where electricity is not included, a picture is taken of the meter and noted on the paperwork. This didn’t happen. So no way to know if we were accurately charged or not. The lack of transparency at check in and dismissal of the issue at checkout was not appreciated but other than that campground was a pleasant stay.
