Beachside Holiday Caravan Park

Location is top drawer with sites right on the shore front with a 10m walk onto the beach. Powered sites are generously sized and have everything you need. Toilet/showers were clean and worked great. 10min walk to Yeppoon town centre so easy access to great cafes and restaurants.

Location is the only thing this park can offer besides a rude arrogant office manager. Rules, rules, rules. Check in time midday till 5pm is strictly adhered to. Arrive early, sit out front and wait, arrive late, you will need to sleep elsewhere as you missed the check in window. Vans are measured on arrival, so don’t expect to get the site you booked and paid for, you might not fit. They will happily take your money upfront, with no intention of returning it should you have unexpected delays. There a better parks with better customer service and facilities in the area.

We had friends come and visit and we booked them a powered site at at Beachside Holiday Park, as they wanted to stay in their own caravan - it was so nice there I wanted to move in with them! Beautiful beach walks every morning and close enough to walk into town. It reminded me of the good old days!

Absolutely the best park in Yeppoon. Friendly staff in the office, and they even help to get into your campsite. (Safe the marriage) Friendly staff that will stop and talk to you, don’t really find it in other parks. Amenities are spotless and neat. Will definitely come back to this park.

If anything goes wrong like breaking down on the side of the road and you can’t make it there before check-in, you’ve lost your booking and need to be prepared to pretty much sleep on the side of the road. The service was shockingly horrific and there was no empathy or leniency in any way to accomodate any issues that may occur to its customers. I definitely would not recommend as my experience with other caravan parks are so much smoother, and really take care of its customers!! Problems can occur any time and the fact that they refuse to provide me with a late check-in, they cancelled my booking just hours before arriving and are also refusing to refund me was appalling. I was travelling with children as well and had to book last minute accommodation that unfortunately cost a lot of money. I write this review simply to save you the headache and hope for a better change
