We love this park! Lots of trees to provide shade, large park with great amenities and close to so many different things depending on what you want to do though it's just enough out of the way to be quiet and tranquil. The staff are friendly and helpful. Overall love staying here we often stay 2 weeks at a time that's how much we enough it.
First time camping here, we stayed on a powered tent site for three days and was the perfect size for our 10 person tent, gazebo and the car. The amenities were clean every day we stayed. Staff were friendly and very accommodating, the kids loved the playground and pool. Would highly recommend this place and we would love to come back again.
Recently stayed over the Australia Day Weekend. Our site was large and easy to access. However, the mat at our site was badly torn and was borderline dangerous. You will need to put your own mat down to prevent trips and falls. Grass was scarce on our site and other surrounding sites. The toilet in our area smelt like it hadn't been cleaned for a fortnight. Maybe a lack of ventilation was the issue with no windows and a small fan in one corner. The location is a good with access to plenty of things to do. It was our second year at the park for Australia Day with our large group. It was unanimously noted that it will be our last.
We stayed last night for 1 night at the end of our 2 week WA family holiday and tbh I'm glad it was only one night. Out of all the caravan parks we've stayed at this was the most expensive but nowhere near as good of amenities/things to offer. The pool says closed after dark which is fair however we walked over at 5.30pm still daylight and the pools locked, the games room has a pool table & ping-pong table but you haveto get the stuff from reception which once again closes at 5pm, the playground has no seating for adults around, the swings and flying fox has been taken out aswell. In a toilet block there's only 3 toilets which everytime I went was either out of toilet paper or the paper was stuck- hubby said had great shower pressure tho. Camp kitchen is very small in comparison. Also being woken up at 7am in the morning to a tree chipper is a great way to start the day- NOT.
Had a late check in, no worries at all, check in staff were great. Location good, park overall nice, my main issue was the camp kitchen, firstly doesn’t open until 7am, hmmm 7:10 rolls around and it’s casually open, however not cleaned. Food scrapes everywhere, tables dirty. For the amount of money charged for a site, to then wait for a camp kitchen to open?! You would think it would be cleaned before it’s open, otherwise why lock it! We have been traveling WA for 4 weeks and this is the first locked one and the most unclean one. Also WiFi doesn’t work.
