I'm one of five owners of an RV park in SW N.M. We just signed a marketing agreement with Campground Marketplace to market our park for sale. Prior to signing, I spoke with CM's founder, Harold Goehring, and he answered all my questions. CM got a very fine listing up quickly on social media. The company has been professional in all aspects of preparing our park for sale. They have a long and successful history. I'm delighted they are bringing our property to prospective buyers which, incidentally, they pre-qualify.

Called and left my info with a lady telling her I was interested in buying one of their listed campgrounds. I was interested in buy the park that was in SE near major highway, listed for $1.7. Hoping the owner sees this review…. Told them I have owned a park before and was a cash buyer. Never received a call back…

This is NOT a campground! It's a parts and service location in, what looks to be, an industrial area. It took us about an hour out of our way in total. After leaving a message, we received a call back, we had already been there, we told him what happened...i don't know if he got it. He needs to remove his site off of the CAMPGROUND page.
