Nice park, with great landscape. The stretch of Saskatchewan River is nice there.

I liked these campgrounds. We went close to the end of the season and still found it enjoyable. We took our dogs and they did great, just remember to keep them on leash and clean up after them and you won't have an issue. No, there isn't a beach but there are lots of trails and a close boat launch. Nipawin is not even 5 minutes away if you want a pool. The bathrooms are not 5 star hotel clean. Remember this is a regional campground and they are maintained as best as they can be within the budget they are given. So, yes you might find misquotes, bugs, and maybe a couple webs in the bathroom/showers and maybe there's water on the counter from people not caring about their surroundings. Don't let this deter you from enjoying this area. There are lots of things to do and see.

Awesome park. Lots do to do. Including a fish pond, a zip line, several places to have a barbecue, a small stage to put on a play, RV camping, a swinging bridge and of course there is Saskatchewan River for your fishing and boating.

I was really impressed with the park. Camping sites were nice. There is a really impressive playground for the kids including a spray park. The park was very clean and neat.

We went in winter (Feb) so parking was free and the winter season is November- May according to their signs. There were a few trails people had attempted to do so you could see some footprints to follow. Snowmobiling route was good to walk on as none were about. We went onto the swinging bridge to the viewing platform which was good. But near the swinging bridge is a cabin-type building and standing hear you get a great view of the valley. Definitely recommend on a sunny, warm winter's day and I'm sure it's great in summer too.
