Amazing camping location for small families! We stayed in the cabins and had plenty of room. The AC was great for this hot summer! The sunsets of the private dock were amazing. A short walk to the bathroom, but the privacy of the cabins are worth it! Each cabin has a nice rock fire pit- PERFECT for s’mores, and a small grill. I can’t wait to return next summer!
We stayed for one Saturday night in the middle December- not prime camping season- so our expectations were low. But oh my! Our experience was amazing. The lot was elevated so we had a great view of the beautiful lake, we had one neighbor about 6 spots down- so it was quiet and had a lot of space to enjoy. The park was great for our 4 year old daughter and the electric and water had zero issues (a common issue at some campgrounds). If I had to fine one con- sewer would be helpful. But overall, a 5/5 ⭐️ experience and will absolutely be back in the spring. (We were also allowed to drive around and find a lot we liked, which was awesome!!)
Wonderful place for the family. When they can bring back swimming will be 5 star. You get good exercise walking to the restroom, but we all need the extra steps.
A hidden gem! This campground has been amazing the last 2 times we've been there. Well kept, attentive staff. And the wildlife is beautiful. The wife and I got some great shots of the milky way in the field up front.
Nice campground with boat ramp and lots of amenities for kids it appears. Showed up after office closed. Location is very quiet with great scenery. Neighbors are friendly too. My site, #49 was a bit of a challenge to back into as the apron of the site has a ditch on each side and the road is narrow. But site is nice with some shade. No sewer but bath house is very close and clean. Overall the park seems very well kept and maintained - power pole is in excellent condition.
