Great experience. GM answered all of me and my family members questions. Was greeted by the maintenence guy who was very nice and polite. Explained where everything was located. Would definitely recommend of your looking for a nice home, good management, play ground this is the place! The new maintenance person delivers on his word. Cleaned that place up nice. Pitcher park is a nice, neat, trailer park. They have done a lot of work in the past few years...! Looks great ...I have Family who live there and they are happy.

The new manager Shawna is amazing! She’s great to work with and will go above & beyond to help you. Highly recommend her!

Since Shawna took over we have had our dumpster area cleaned up and kept clean the gravel road from the east has been fixed right she has delivered on all her promises so far great job!!!!

Since the new manager shawna took over the road are fixed the garbage area is straightened up and the trailer houses look great with all the garbage picked up around them I think it's a much better place to live now
