La RV Resort

SCAMMERS I would give this RV park zero stars if I could. They advertise themselves like some kind of luxury “resort,” but don’t let the marketing fool you, it’s nothing more than a bad advertisement. The pictures and promises do not match reality at all. It’s overpriced, poorly managed, and completely unprofessional. The worst part? They have NOT returned my deposit. I moved out on November 1st. Today is February 25, 2026 — almost FOUR MONTHS later — and I am still waiting for my money. I have called multiple times. Every single time I’m told the same thing: “we had some problems with the system, You’ll have it in the next two days.” Apparently, “two days” means months to them. It’s excuse after excuse with no accountability. On top of that, there are aggressive unleashed dogs running around the property. My dog was attacked on multiple occasions because management does not enforce leash rules. It’s unsafe and irresponsible. As a pet owner, I should not have to worry about my dog being harmed just walking around the park. Don’t surprise if you see police inside the park daily because is a few people inside they can’t control themselves and is very common people appropriating what belongs to others. If they can’t handle something as basic as returning a deposit or enforcing basic safety rules, how are they running a “resort”? Save yourself the stress, the endless phone calls, and the disappointment. There are plenty of RV parks that actually honor their agreements, enforce rules, and treat guests with respect. This place does not. I’m still waiting for a solution and my money.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The campground is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The staff was super friendly and made everything easy from check-in to checkout. It felt safe and relaxing the whole time. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay.

I met a PCT hiker here (they were hiking from Mexico to Canada) because the pacific crest trail goes right past this place. At first I didn’t like how this place lets them stay here and get packages here - they are dirty, smelly, can be loud and rowdy, they’re basically like homeless. But I met a hiker in the pool one afternoon. We fell in love and now we are married.

This campground is paradise!!! Perfect for doggos my two goldens loved it here. There’s Plenty of trail action and the park is nice and peaceful ☺️ front desk girls Ashton and Charley were so sweet and helpful. Me & the grandkids will be back soon

This business required an 1,000 deposit for monthly stays. We stayed from May 5-September. When we departed it was close to the end of the month, they stated they had to wait to refund our deposit until after the 1st. Their reasoning was the electric bill was due and they would take that from the deposit . I agreed. We left 4 days early and also had a refund of $326 as well. Once the electricity was read , the bill was $300. Leaving a remaining balance of $26. So they stated they would refund the amount of 1,026 +$50 for a gate opener that was returned . October 1 I talked to the employee, she stated that refund of 1,076 would be processed and returned in 10-14 business days . I contacted the resort again on 10/10 they stated to give it till Monday and it should be refunded . I gave it until Tuesday, 10/14 with nothing refunded . I called the resort Wednesday 10/15 they stated they could process it quicker in person if I would come by. I arrived within the hour to get my refund in person returned to my bank account . They stated it would be refunded in 3-5 hours. After 24 hours there was no refund. I called back on 10/16 and they previous employee was off and the other employee stated that it could take up to 7-10 MORE business days. I stated that I was told it was supposed to be there within the 3-4 hours and it was more than 24. She suggested I call my bank. I called my bank and they cannot see anything pending on this refund. My bank told me it could take another 7-10 days before it is refunded . This resort also stole $500 plus several packages from me with no apology or remorse with no solution. This business has bad ethics and does not treat their customers and residents ethically. They state that the owner has had multiple personal issues, that is not my problem. The cops are constantly going there for theft, robbery etc, I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
