Mildura and Deakin Holiday Park

Asked for upgrade on our cabin booking, due to weather conditions and attending family funeral, wanted to be comfortable. We received a 2 bd cabin (no 6) that had only 1 average air-conditioner centred in lounge, that did not cool the cabin, passed sitting at the table under the air con.. The floors were even very warm to walk on, as hot winds flowed under cabin. Mildura consistently has hot weather so this is not unusual weather for district, very disappointed our sleeping rooms were far too hot to get sleep, especially due to the reason of our stay and the request of upgrading to be comfortable. Then when telling the staff they became defensive and not sympathetic to our comfort at all. Yes there is very new cabins with ducting, but non of that was conveyed in initial ph calls when asking for a comfortable stay under sad and uncomfortable conditions, so we payed more for no comfort.

Such a wonderful place. Justin and the team couldn't have been more helpful and the facilities were absolutely perfect for the kids. Would recommend it as one of the best cabin stays we've had. Thank you and see you again soon!

Very comfortable in the deluxe cabin. Blockout blinds and comfy bedding were great additions as was the ceiling fan in main bedroom. Staff went above and beyond when we reported a property alarm going off (off site) and were able to get it stopped. Very comfy short stay.

My family and I booked for 1 week at Big4 Mildura Getaway and it was so lovely. The booking process was flawless, being someone who prefers email or text message, I was never once told please call to discuss. The accommodation itself was fantastic. Except for the floors being a bit less clean than I would have liked. It was comfortable, my family of 6 all had room. We were opposite the pool, amenities block, games rooms etc, perfectly positioned. I highly recommend Big4 Mildura to anyone wanting to stay in Mildura.

Stayed here for two nights. It was the perfect location for us. This is probably the cleanest caravan park I've ever stayed at. The complimentary towelling bath mats are a brilliant idea. And probably why the showers were always clean and dry ready for the next person. The staff were friendly, welcoming and accommodating of our particular needs. Very highly recommended.
