Village Green Trailer Park

The road is barely passable even though it was recently grated.

It's good park the owner takes care of what needs to be done

I’m not sure why I keep getting phone calls from people asking if I’m the owner of this park. I just filled out an inquiry asking for more info about the rentals. And I left my number for a callback and now people keep calling me. I am not the park owner.

The park road way sucks to the big time, if I had to put up with that as a tenant , I would find me a new place to live.

Potholes is right and they are older units, but you can buy one and fix it up cheaper than buying a brand new one. The newer owners of the trailers is the back seem to be taking whatever they want out of the unoccupied units. Furnaces, water heaters and appliances. They need work to pass inspection for occupancy.
