I would like to share the worst experience I have with them. I was promised to have 24 hours access after filing the application, but I called multiple time and email them no answer. After the sign you up you will never be able to talk with life person, your call directly will go to an AI answer machine that will keep promising you that a life agent will reach out, rest assured no one will return your call. Worse than all, once they have your credit card on board they will keep charging it and give you no explanation, I had to dispute those charges with my bank. The only time they start answering my emails when I inform them of those disputes and yet they made some silly excuses for those extra charges. Most good reviews you see here is when client sign up they offer a rebate of $25 dollar for leaving a positive review, so in other words all of them are paid reviews.

RecNation Storage made the whole process quick, easy, and stress-free. The price was great, and getting set up was incredibly convenient. Highly recommend for anyone needing reliable storage

I didn't have a good experience. They stole my RV with cameras and everything. They never notified me. I found out when I went to check it out. No one showed me the cameras and they didn't take responsibility for anything and they didn't break the bars or anything, so the person who took it had the PIN to be able to enter and leave the place.

IF YOU HAVE SOMETHING STOLEN OUT OF THESE FACILITIES DONT BOTHER TRYING TO GET CAMERA FOOTAGE. gates are always broke open. they forward everything to a call center. had a 15,000 trailer stolen and can’t even get camera footage.
