While the office girl was quite nice, the short-term rental policy is not! They cater to out-of-state power workers because no one apparently knows how to do commercial electric in North Carolina? So nice to have to bear a portion of the insurance brunt for having an ocean on one side, but the residents don't get to stay at their own home beach?

People there are very friendly (workers and guests). The park was very quiet and clean, and had a fenced in playgroun for the dogs and my two boys.

Great place to stay or live! Animal friendly and nice community, small but very well kept park/playground with swings for all ages, a sandbox, teeter totter, and basketball area.

My family LOVES it here. Friendly neighbors. Mr Earl and Mrs Barbara are so sweet and good to us. Couldn't ask for a better place to visit.

Delightful owner. Will return one day for sure. Comfortable and quiet stay . Absolutely the epitome of southern hospitality, the gentleman sure can cook some fried fish.
