Griffin Park

Is great if your looking for a motor bike track camp. As the roads u see mostly aren't wide enough for a 4x4. Clearly excess moto use. People also threw there bottle cans and rubbish in general in the fire pits b4 leavening. Not great river access. Waters very low atm as well. Beautiful part of the country tho.

Adelaide Campers. We absolutely loved this campsite. It had plenty of room for many campers to stay. We were surrounded by forest and a pretty river. At night, a million stars and cute night animals that come and say hello. I didn't use the toilet and, therefore, unable to comment but highly recommended this place.

Very nice park, no mobile service here (no Telstra service anyway) you can camp next to the river and you can swim in the river! There's a long drop toilet but it's not very "long" so don't look into it when you go to the toilet. There's no water and power so be self sufficient. There are lots of quad bikes and motorbikers around so it could be quite noisy (and smelly). Lots of weed around so if you are wearing thongs be very careful to not cut your feet.

Dream spot! Great access in. Right next to south esk river with flowing fresh water. Great for hot days swims and washing dishes. Really large campsite so we went during the week and there was no one in our vicinity. The dog looooooved it because it’s big and open to throw the bowl. A lot of ready made fire pits around as well. Toilets are basic long drops (to be expected). I have heard that the dirtbiking around the campground is stellar also. Nice for just a walk for everyone else. Lots of big trees for shelter as well.

Late season exploration of the trout fishing opportunities, along with a rest and relaxation over the Easter break. Clean clear flows with some fine and challenging wild brown trout fishing in stunning surroundings.
